"Des cartons de livres il y en aura partout, dans le salon, la cuisine, le couloir des chambres.

La « maison » d’éditions Enfants d’Ailleurs a éclos ce printemps 2005, portée sur les fonds baptismaux par l’association humanitaire du même nom.

Ce fut un coup de cœur, un projet un peu fou, mais ô combien porteur d’enthousiasme, d’indépendance et surtout de l’espoir de voir un jour la misère des enfants des pays en voie de développement éradiquée.

La faim dans le monde n’est pas une fatalité mais un crime dont nous sommes tous plus ou moins responsables par notre indifférence et notre absence d’engagement."
